The large capacity combined grease and solids interceptor is recommended for installation in the food industries: slaughterhouse, bakery, dairy and other areas where food is prepared in large quantity, to keep grease and sediments from entering the sewer line.
Superior quality all stainless steel fabricated interceptor 1/8″ thick (type 304), a 3″ waste pipe (suction-connection), a 3″ MJ vent connection one deep seal trap with a 4″ MJ cleanout and a reinforced belt in the middle (to protect interceptor’s wall when granular material is compacted during installation) and a 23″ collar, as a man hole. Extension-collar and cover supplied by others.
Serie GR-400-SO-B double tanks: The first tank compartment has the same level inlet and outlet, it collects maximum solids and sediments, grease and fat by-product rise to the top by flotation and moves with the flow into the second tank compartment. This second tank has a lower outlet to prevent grease to back-flow into the first compartment and has a deep seal trap to prevent the grease from entering the sewer line.
